Job summary

ST ENGINEERING INFO-SECURITY PTE. LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the integration and delivery of ICT infrastructure, network and systems across multi-platform environments. You will coordinate internal resources and external vendors to meet budget, schedule and quality targets.

The role requires PMP or CITPM certification, 8+ years of ICT project management, and strong stakeholder engagement with customers, vendors and cross-functional teams on-site at Jurong East.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of project management experience in ICT.
• Expert in planning, tracking, monitoring, reporting and closing projects.
• Technical ability to understand integrated environment deployment design.
• Vendor management expertise and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to negotiate with the Customer on project discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accuracy, timeliness and completeness in procurement and delivery of project materials.
• Managing project internal resources and vendors to meet project schedule.
• Managing variations to scope following the change management process.
• Responding and handling escalations timely and to closure.
• Responding and managing incidents reporting during a project.
• Resolving conflicts in cross functional resourcing within and across projects.
• Produce and conduct kick-off presentation, project meetings, scheduling with Customer.
• Maintain an engagement rhythm with Customer and ensure Customer satisfaction.
• Deliver project reporting and technical documentation as per schedule per company standards.
• On-site direction and governance of technical deployment when necessary.
• Complete projects within budget and schedule.
• Support Sales at the contract bid phase.

Job description

Project managing the integration and delivery of infrastructure, network and systems in complex multi-platform and multi-product environments. Projects likely to have multiple external and internal stakeholders within project with resourcing from cross functional internal groups and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accuracy, timeliness and completeness in the procurement and delivery of projects materials.

• Managing project internal resources and vendors to meet project schedule.

• Managing variations to scope following the change management process.

• Responding and handling escalations timely and to closure.

• Responding and managing incidents reporting during a project.

• Resolve conflicts in cross functional resourcing within and across projects.

• Produce and conduct kick-off presentation, project meetings, project and resource scheduling with Customer.

• Maintain an engagement operating rhythm with Customer and responsible for Customer satisfaction.

• To deliver project reporting and technical documentation as per schedule with reporting and documentation strictly adhering to the company standard and meeting the quality required for the stated project.

• To be on-site to direct and govern technical deployment when necessary.

• Completing of projects within budget and schedule.

• To participate and support Sales at the contract bid phase.

Certification- Candidate must possess valid PMP or CITPM certifications.

Skillsets:

• At least 8 years of project management experience in ICT.

• A highly motivated individual who is an expert in planning, tracking, monitoring, reporting, and closing of projects.

• Technical ability to understand integrated environment deployment design, and good understanding of industry leading networking and systems technology and products.

• Engineering background and understanding of patch cabling is a plus.

• An expert in all aspect of vendor management.

• Ability to create meaningful and professional relationship with the Customer.

• Possessestenacity and endurance to handle Customer issues.

• An expert in managing resourcing conflicts.

• Ability to negotiate successfully with Customer on project discrepancies.

• Ability to accurately size up projects and determine project risks with Sales.
