Job summary

Banking Computer Services Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Network for Electronic Transfers (Singapore) Pte Ltd, seeks an experienced Infrastructure Leader to manage and modernize core Linux and middleware platforms. You will oversee critical infrastructure, drive migration efforts, and ensure security and performance across production environments.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in Infrastructure Operations, 5+ years leading 24x7 banking environments, and strong delivery focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Extensive RHEL administration, tuning, security hardening, patching, and automation.
• Experience with Solaris migrations and modernization.
• Experience with IBM MQ, IBM Connect:Direct, Axway SecureTransport, and LDAP.
• Banking/FS mission-critical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, support, and maintenance of RHEL/Linux infrastructure and middleware (IBM MQ, IBM Connect:Direct, Axway SecureTransport, LDAP) across Production, UAT, and Development.
• Drive Solaris-to-RHEL migration program, decommission legacy Solaris, adopt RHEL as core OS.
• Ensure platform availability, performance, security, and compliance via monitoring, patching, vulnerability remediation, and upgrades.
• Act as technical lead for critical incidents, coordinating with Applications, Network, Database, Security, and Cloud teams.
