• 10+ years of IT experience with SharePoint architecture and solution design.
• Experience with migration, upgrades, and modernization across on-premises and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure SharePoint Online and Server solutions for business needs.
• Lead migration, upgrade, modernization, and transformations across on-premises and online environments.
• Define solution architecture, standards, and design patterns for SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx and modern development frameworks.
• Integrate SharePoint with Azure services to extend capabilities and automation.
• Design and optimize SharePoint search, security, permissions, and governance.
• Develop automation and administration tools using PowerShell, CSOM, REST APIs.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 and Power Platform to deliver modern business solutions and automate workflows.
• Contribute to technical assessments, risks, dependencies, and architecture recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices for security, performance, governance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business teams, PMs, developers, and infrastructure to align solutions.
• Support estimations, design docs, and project planning for successful delivery.
