Job summary

Kerry Consulting is seeking a hands-on Senior IT Infrastructure Systems Engineer to join its global infrastructure team in Singapore. You will independently support a global environment across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VMware, Intune, and Azure, driving automation and continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting.

You will engage with global IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors, contributing to architecture, upgrades, migrations, and DR planning while ensuring security, patching, and change

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of hands-on L3 systems/infrastructure experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on expertise across Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online and on-premises Exchange, Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and Intune.
• Practical experience managing and optimizing Microsoft Azure environments, including Azure identity and access, Conditional Access, Microsoft Entra ID, and hybrid identity / AD Connect.
• Experience with backup and recovery solutions, and a strong understanding of disaster recovery and infrastructure resilience.
• A keen interest in scripting and automation to streamline operations and repetitive tasks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize core infrastructure spanning Microsoft 365 / Exchange, Windows Server, AD, VMware, Intune, Azure, storage, and backup platforms.
• Provide L3 troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex enterprise issues.
• Contribute to infrastructure architecture, upgrades, migrations, deployments, and cloud initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve standardization, automation, performance, and resilience, including patching and security.
