Job summary

Kerry Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Infrastructure Lead to drive the Compute, Storage and Platforms function in a complex IT/OT environment. You will define the technology roadmap, modernize platforms, and ensure resilience, security, and cost efficiency for Windows, Unix/Linux, VMware/Nutanix and databases.

You will manage CAPEX/OPEX, vendor relationships, and team development while aligning with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver stable BAU operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field with 12+ years of relevant experience in enterprise compute, systems and storage.
• Hands-on knowledge across Windows, Unix/Linux, VMware, Nutanix, AD, storage/SAN, backup and DR.
• Exposure to SAP, Oracle, MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases in large-scale environments.
• Experience managing cybersecurity, governance, audits, vendors and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Compute, Storage and Platforms technology roadmap balancing modernization with resilience.
• Lead Windows and Unix/Linux platforms, enterprise storage, VMware/Nutanix, AD and data center ops.
• Drive automation, DR, business continuity, vulnerability management, and compliance across IT/OT.
• Oversee capacity, asset planning, CAPEX/OPEX and vendor relationships; develop team and ensure BAU.
