Qualifications

• 3+ years IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years without a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in data engineering, application support, BI analytics, or related technical roles.
• Strong expertise in Databricks, GitHub, dbt, ETL, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools to enhance productivity and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and enhancement of Enterprise Datahub using Databricks, ensuring seamless integration with BI and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and analysts to translate requirements into solutions.
• Design, implement, test, and optimize moderately complex data pipelines, ETL/ELT flows, semantic layers, and reporting solutions.
• Apply AI-driven optimization opportunities to improve data quality, validation, and operational efficiency.
• Develop ideas to improve the platform, processes, and user experience.
• Communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
