Job summary

RF360 SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a data engineering professional to support the Enterprise Datahub implementation using Databricks, ensuring seamless integration with BI and ERP systems and delivering robust data pipelines.

The role involves collaboration with architects, developers, and analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions, building ETL/ELT flows and semantic layers, and applying Generative AI tools to boost productivity, quality, and reliability across platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Informatics, IT, Data Engineering/Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in data engineering, application support, BI analytics, or related technical roles.
• Strong expertise in Databricks, GitHub, dbt, ETL, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, LLM-based assistants).
• Ability to analyze moderately complex problems independently and drive resolution with minimal supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management, teamwork, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience contributing to technical improvements, process optimization, and operational quality.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and enhancement of Enterprise Datahub using Databricks and ensure integration with BI and ERP systems.
• Assist complex BI and data platform initiatives while meeting quality and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and analysts to translate requirements into solutions.
• Design, implement, test, and optimize data pipelines, ETL/ELT flows, semantic layers, and report solutions.
• Apply AI-driven optimization opportunities to improve data quality, validation, reliability, and efficiency.
• Develop new ideas and automation to improve the platform, processes, and user experience.
• Communicate moderately complex information clearly and timely to different audiences.
