Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Singapore is seeking a Senior IT Audit Manager to lead end-to-end IT audit engagements across the Group. You will partner with senior leadership to influence risk practices and shape the annual IT audit plan against cyber threats and evolving regulations.

You will mentor auditors, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure audit quality and remediation tracking across the region.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years IT audit experience including infrastructure, application and cybersecurity
• Degree in Computer Science or related field required; professional certifications preferred
• Strong knowledge of regional technology risk frameworks (MAS TRM, BNM RMiT, OJK)
• Excellent report-writing, presentation skills and ability to mentor auditors

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT, infrastructure, application and cybersecurity audits across the Group.
• Contribute to the annual IT audit plan considering regulatory expectations and business priorities.
• Identify control gaps and deliver high-value remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders across the region to drive improvements.
• Guide and mentor a high-performing audit team and track remediation progress.
