Job summary

GovTech is seeking a seasoned IT Audit and Data Analytics leader to mature the IT Audit function within Internal Audit Branch. You will lead IT Audit Managers and outsourced auditors, advising MOE Audit Committee and senior management on IT risks and controls.

You will drive audit transformation through data analytics, AI tools, and emerging technologies, delivering integrated audits that cover business and IT risk. Join GovTech to advance this impactful transformation.

Qualifications

• Degree in an IT discipline or equivalent.
• CISA, CISM, or equivalent certifications; CCSP/AWS/Azure certs advantageous.
• Minimum 12 years IT audit/compliance experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud security, data privacy, and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Define operating model and audit methodology for the IT Audit function within IAB.
• Develop multi-year IT audit strategy aligned with MOE risk landscape and digital priorities.
• Oversee IT Audit team and outsourced audits; ensure quality and timeliness.
• Drive data analytics and AI tool adoption in audit practices.
• Lead integrated audits spanning business and IT risk.
• Advise MOE Audit Committee and senior management on IT risks and controls.
