Qualifikationen

• 10+ years structuring, negotiating, and executing IP/licensing/partnership agreements.
• Experience evaluating business plans, commercial opportunities, execution risk, and value creation.
• Strong licensing economics, valuation principles, and deal structuring.

• Structure and negotiate term sheets, definitive agreements, and ancillary IP licences and related transactions.
