Job summary

Seoulstart is seeking a senior iOS engineer to lead end-to-end product initiatives and own core iOS user flows for secure card transactions in a globally distributed team. You will write clean Swift, promote best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally with backend, frontend, and product squads to scale our iOS platform.

The role emphasizes building high-performing iOS apps, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and communicating complex topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• Deep experience building, shipping and maintaining high-performing iOS apps at scale.
• Proven experience with modern iOS UI development including SwiftUI and Swift Concurrency.
• Passion for customer experience with a data-driven approach to fixing consumer pain points.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full engineer-driven product initiatives from inception and technical planning through scaling.
• Own core iOS user flows for card ordering, transacting, 3DS authentication, and dispute resolution.
• Write clean, maintainable Swift code and advocate for iOS best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, and product teams in a globally distributed tribe structure.
