Job summary

Trust is a digitally native bank in Singapore, seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to lead a small team of iOS engineers. You will shape the iOS platform vision, drive engineering excellence, and deliver secure, high-performance mobile banking experiences.

You will collaborate with Product, UX, Backend, Security, and Leadership to meet regulatory and business requirements, while driving end-to-end delivery from concept to production.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5+ years in iOS.
• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and modern iOS development frameworks.
• Deep understanding of UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine, Concurrency (Async/Await).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and backend services.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the iOS architecture and technical roadmap.
• Lead secure, scalable mobile apps and ensure quality.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing iOS team.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Security teams.
• Drive CI/CD improvements and engineering excellence.
