Job summary

Singpass is seeking a senior, hands‑on Data Architect to own the data design of investment management platforms. You will define how investment data is sourced, ingested and governed, delivering models and specifications for MAS standards and Whole of Government compliance.

You will drive three unified data layers—portfolio holdings, structured market data, and unstructured research content—plus the retrieval and reconciliation infrastructure, guiding the AI data lifecycle and platform upgrades.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data architecture, modelling or data engineering in financial services.
• Experience with investment management data, IBOR/ABOR, and reconciliations.
• Hands-on with modern data platforms and containerisation.
• Proficient in relational DB design (Oracle preferred).
• Experience with vector search and embedding-based retrieval.
• Strong communication and architecture documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own data design across investment data domains and governance.
• Define source-to-target data flows and integration patterns.
• Lead data architecture reviews and present to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AI/ML retrieval implementations.
• Ensure MAS Architecture standards and compliance.
