is seeking an experienced Accountant to oversee the financial operations of overseas subsidiaries from our Singapore headquarters, bridging group finance with regional management and exposing you to international financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements across borders.You will own full-cycle finance, monthly closings, management reporting, audits, tax filings, and drive internal control enhancements while collaborating closely with the Group finance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or related discipline.
Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA) preferred.
Minimum 5 years of finance experience with international exposure.

Responsibilities

Oversee full-cycle financial operations of overseas subsidiaries from Singapore HQ.
Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements for overseas entities.
Coordinate audits and due diligence, providing required data.
Manage overseas tax filings and compliance with local/regional rules.
Drive continuous improvements of accounting processes and internal controls.
Collaborate with Group finance and overseas management on cross-functional projects.
