Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore is seeking an Internal Audit professional to support governance and control assurance. The role emphasizes independent assurance, risk-based audits, and process reviews to strengthen MAS's control environment.

You will interact with senior management, present audit findings, and assist in coordinating meetings and documentation. A minimum of 5 years in audit or risk management with relevant certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, business, IT or related fields.
• CIA, CISA, CISSP or relevant certifications are advantageous.
• At least 5 years of experience in audit or risk management.
• Knowledge of data analytics and programming languages is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn continuously.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based audits to assess controls and provide recommendations.
• Conduct business process reviews and advise on control designs to minimise risks.
• Interact with senior management and present audit outcomes.
• Perform administrative duties such as coordinating meetings, budgeting, procurement, and compiling workpapers for AC meetings.
