Job summary

Frasers Property Limited invites applications for the Assistant Manager / Manager, Group Internal Audit. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of risk-based internal and external audits across the Group's operations, applying COSO/ERM concepts and driving quality recommendations.

Qualifications

University or professional degree in accounting, finance, banking or equivalent.
Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CIA, CFE.
Minimum 5 years of experience in internal and external audit (MNC and Big 4).
Knowledge of COSO, COBIT, ERM and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute and manage assigned audit projects in line with risk-based methodology and budget.
Develop and update audit programmes evaluating internal controls, risk management and governance.
Identify process improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to design remediation actions.
Perform data analytics during scoping and testing phases, contributing to test procedures.
Prepare audit reports communicating results and recommendations to address weaknesses.
Follow up on risk events, external audit and regulatory issues identified during fieldwork.
Prepare audit work-papers per documentation standards to support conclusions.
Assist in ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
Stay updated with professional development to enhance skills and competence.
