Skills and Workforce Development Agency invites a Manager/Senior Manager, Internal Audit, to provide independent assurance strengthening governance, risk management, and internal controls across the organisation. You will support the Audit & Risk Committee and senior management in safeguarding public resources and enhancing operational effectiveness.

Lead and supervise end-to-end audit engagements, apply IIA standards, and leverage data analytics to improve insights.

Formación

Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CA, ACCA or CISA are advantageous.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience; grade commensurate with qualifications.

Responsabilidades

Support the development of the annual risk-based internal audit plan aligned with priorities.
Lead and/or supervise end-to-end audit engagements following IIA standards.
Assess internal controls, governance and compliance with laws and regulations.
Apply data analytics to enhance audit coverage and insights.
Prepare audit reports for senior management and the ARC.
Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and provide advisory support.
