Job summary

The role requires strong writing and stakeholder skills, with travel expectations up to 10% to support regional audits. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of audit experience, preferably in insurance or banking, and can work independently while guiding

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of internal auditing experience across operations, finance, governance and compliance.
• Experience in insurance or banking sectors with regulatory familiarity in SG, MY, and ID advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and audit execution quality.
• Proven leadership to guide auditors and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
• Independent worker with good time management and minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute internal audit engagements from planning to reporting.
• Identify control gaps and suggest practical improvements.
• Audit operational, financial, governance and compliance processes.
• Support integrated audits across governance and risk management.
• Develop annual audit plan considering emerging risks and business priorities.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships to promote governance and risk practices.
• Monitor timely closure of audit findings in line with standards.
• Conduct ad-hoc reviews and investigations as needed.
