PERSOL Singapore is seeking an Internal Audit professional to plan and coordinate audits across overseas entities, focusing on risk areas and governance controls. You will perform risk assessments, design testing plans, and document evidence for management reviews.

The role involves presenting findings to senior stakeholders, supporting investigations when needed, and contributing to governance awareness sessions. Travel to various locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of internal audit experience with ownership of audit engagements (planning, fieldwork and reporting).
• Strong capability in risk assessment and internal controls evaluation.
• Structured documentation of evidence and conclusions; clear observations and remediation actions.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate internal audit and internal-controls reviews across overseas entities; define scope, timelines and stakeholders.
• Perform risk assessments, develop audit hypotheses and use data analysis to focus testing on key risk areas.
• Execute testing of control design and operating effectiveness; document observations and remediation actions with business owners.
• Prepare audit working papers, draft audit reports and present findings to senior stakeholders.
