Job summary

Hytech in Singapore seeks an experienced Group Internal Auditor to strengthen internal audit capabilities across corporate functions, with a solid background in financial services and brokerage environments. You will lead audits, assess controls, report findings to senior stakeholders, and partner with Compliance and Risk to embed a strong risk culture.

Fluency in English and Chinese is required for APAC coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 5+ years internal audit within brokerage/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulations and regulatory expectations.
• Proficient in English and Chinese for APAC audit documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute internal audits covering corporate functions.
• Assess internal controls, governance frameworks, and compliance with financial services regulations.
• Identify control gaps and risks; provide practical, business-oriented improvement recommendations.
• Prepare audit reports, present findings to stakeholders, and track remediation actions.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Business teams to strengthen control and risk culture.
