Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Head of Business Audit to own the audit function end-to-end, building the Audit Charter and Methodology per IIA standards, and leading risk-based audits of controls and regulatory compliance.

You will present findings to the Audit Committee, liaise with regulators, and oversee whistleblowing in a lean, fast-paced environment; 12–15 years of internal audit experience in banking/financial services is required, fintech exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years of internal audit experience in banking/financial services.
• Exposure to fintech environments is a plus.
• Hands-on audit professional with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the audit function end-to-end: charter, methodology, and delivery of risk-based audits.
• Present findings to the Audit Committee and liaise with regulators.
