Job summary

ENG HUA CRAFTED LIVING PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Interior Designer to translate concepts into precise plans for residential and commercial spaces. You will create detailed drawings, support presentations, and coordinate with project teams to ensure quality and alignment.

Responsibilities include generating 2D layouts, elevations, and sections, converting sketches and site measurements into technical drawings, and collaborating with designers and suppliers to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and drawing preparation.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D Max, or other rendering software to enhance visual presentations.
• Experience working on residential or commercial interior design projects.
• Strong sense of space planning, design layout, and interior details.
• Ability to work independently with responsibility and care.
• Effective communication and coordination skills within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D layout plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings for interior design projects.
• Convert design concepts and site measurements into precise technical drawings.
• Assist in developing space planning and design layouts for residential and commercial projects.
• Produce drawings for client presentations, quotations, and project coordination.
• Revise drawings based on design updates or client feedback.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, suppliers, and site teams for alignment.
• Verify drawing accuracy by checking measurements and details before submission.
• Conduct site measurements to capture accurate spatial data.
