Job summary

mustard, in partnership with an award-winning international practice, seeks a Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end hospitality and large-scale mixed-use projects across Asia.

This role suits a creative and technically minded designer who will own end-to-end delivery, mentor a collaborative team, and coordinate drawings for hotels, mixed-use developments, and premium spaces. Studio features local and international markets with a highly technical team.

Qualifications

• End-to-End design ownership translating concepts into detailed design packages, schematic layouts, and construction administration for large-scale developments.
• Team leadership and coordination to guide junior designers and liaise with technical teams on complex drawing sets.
• 6–8+ years post-qualification experience with a strong focus on high-end hospitality or mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

mustard is partnering with an award-winning international practice to find a Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end hospitality and large-scale mixed-use projects across Asia.

This role is ideal for a creative and technical-minded designer ready to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery while mentoring a collaborative team in a fast-growing regional hub. You will have strong communication skills to coordinate all relevant drawings and design packages for projects including large scale hotels, mixed use buildings and high end spaces.

Studio:

• Currently working on local and International markets
• Highly technical team with strong creative design leaders
• Fostering collaborative and a practical approach to workflow

What we are looking for:

• End-to-End Design Ownership: Proven ability to translate big-picture concepts into detailed design packages, schematic layouts, and construction administration for large-scale developments.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Strong communication skills to coordinate complex drawing sets, liaise with technical teams, and guide junior designers through practical workflows.
• Proven Hospitality Pedigree: 6–8+ years of post-qualification experience with a heavy focus on high-end hospitality or mixed-use developments.
