Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial design
• Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint), AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, etc.
• Self-motivated, good team player, independent
• Strong concept design, color and material selection
• Able to complete a project with strong drawing technique

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and prepare design proposals
• Prepare presentation materials (PowerPoint)
• Prepare sketches/concept design (SketchUp)
• Develop design and liaise with 3D illustrators
• Prepare construction/tender/as-built drawings
• Meet suppliers/contractors for materials and construction matters
• Document project drawings and O&M files
