MI ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Interior Designer for commercial office projects. You will understand client requirements, prepare design proposals, and develop concepts using SketchUp and AutoCAD, coordinating with 3D illustrators and suppliers.

The role involves creating construction/tender/as-built drawings, preparing presentation materials, and ensuring design intent is executed on site with attention to detail and material selection.

Competenze

Diploma or degree in interior design, architecture or related field.
Minimum 4 years in commercial design.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and PowerPoint.
Strong color and material selection and independent project execution.

Mansioni

Understand client requirements and prepare design proposals.
Prepare presentation materials (PowerPoint).
Create sketches using SketchUp/Concept designs.
Develop designs and liaise with 3D illustrators.
Produce construction/tender/as-built drawings.
Meet suppliers/contractors for materials and construction matters.
