CONEXUS STUDIO PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Interior Designer with 8-10 years of corporate office experience to lead design concepts and documentation across Southeast Asia.

You will mentor juniors, coordinate with the design team, and ensure design intent is upheld from concept to site, contributing to award-winning projects. Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years' experience in corporate office interior design.
• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or its equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of design detailing and construction methodology.
• Strong in conceptual design and space planning skills.
• Able to work in a team, under pressure to meet deadlines, with strong communication.
• Proficient in SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, AutoCAD and MS Office.

• Provide conceptual thinking, research, and analysis for proposed projects.
• Prepare high-quality presentation materials to secure client approval.
• Coordinate and integrate design changes into project documentation.
• Monitor design intent throughout site implementation and project execution.
• Lead, guide, and mentor junior designers for professional development.
• Assist the Associate/ Lead Designer or Design Director with schedules and deliverables.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

We’re looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer to join our Singapore office as we continue growing across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a strong eye for design, a flair for spatial storytelling, and a passion for interior environments who is eager to bring impactful concepts to life across diverse spaces.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop innovative and well-considered design solutions that meet project objectives and client requirements.
• Provide conceptual thinking, research, and analysis for proposed projects.
• Prepare high-quality presentation materials, including PowerPoint slides and presentation packages, to effectively communicate and secure client approval for design solutions.
• Ensure all design changes and solutions are accurately coordinated and integrated into project design documentation.
• Monitor and uphold design intent throughout site implementation and project execution.
• Lead, guide, and mentor junior designers to support their professional development and design output.
• Assist the Associate/ Lead Designer or Design Director in managing project schedules and deliverables for the interior design team.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management team or immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years' experience in corporate office interior design.
• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or its equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of design detailing and construction methodology.
• Strong in conceptual design and space planning skills.
• Able to work as part of a team independently; work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
• Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiencies in SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, AutoCAD and MS Office are must haves.
