Job summary

swish design works is seeking a design-focused role in Singapore. The incumbent will develop and present design and creative solutions for assigned projects, support the Project Leader through all phases, and ensure design intent is maintained on site.

The position involves mentoring junior staff, assisting the Associate Creative Director with schedules and deliverables, and flexibility to work long hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• provide design and creative solutions to the project assigned
• present and sell creative solutions to Clients
• provide presentation materials when necessary
• support the Project Leader in the projects from beginning to the full completion of the project
• monitor design intent progression on site
• provide strategic thinking and analysis for a project being proposed
• mentor junior studio staffs
• assist the Associate Creative Director in managing the interior designers’ schedule and deliverables
• able to work with long hours, weekend and public holiday
