Job summary

SWISH DESIGN WORKS seeks an Interior Design Director to lead the interior design team and drive high‑level creative output across multiple projects. You will set creative direction, review designs, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining design excellence.

You will meet with clients to understand briefs, translate them into actionable plans, mentor staff, monitor progress, and contribute to marketing and business development strategies for the department.

Qualifications

• Willing to work long hours, weekends and public holidays.
