Job summary

Noble Interior Design is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to own projects end to end across residential and commercial spaces in Singapore. You will lead concept, design development, costing and handover, coordinating with our in-house team and external contractors.

You’ll translate client briefs into layouts and buildable drawings, mentor junior designers, manage quotations and budgets, and maintain our lifetime service warranty through site inspections and aftercare.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of interior design experience in the Singapore residential or commercial renovation market.
• Able to produce layouts and detail drawings; proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Portfolio of completed projects personally handled.
• Comfortable owning the commercial side of a project: quotations, budgets, variations.
• Strong communication skills; you will be the client\'s main point of contact.

Job description

Noble Interior Design is looking for a Senior Interior Designer who wants to own projects end to end and eventually build a team. You will work across our full project mix — HDB and BTO, condominium and EC, maisonettes, landed homes, developer showflats and commercial fit-outs — with an in-house design team and a 5-year workmanship warranty behind the work you sell.

What you will do

• Own projects from first client meeting through concept, design development, costing and handover
• Translate client briefs into layouts, material and finish selections, and buildable detail drawings
• Prepare quotations and take commercial responsibility for your own projects Coordinate contractors, carpenters and suppliers, and run site inspections through to handover
• Mentor junior designers and review their drawings
• Maintain the aftercare relationship that our lifetime service promise depends on

Requirements

• At least 2 years of interior design experience in the Singapore residential or commercial renovation market
• Able to produce your own layouts and detail drawings. Tell us which software you use — AutoCAD and SketchUp are the tools our team works in
• A portfolio of completed projects you personally handled
• Comfortable owning the commercial side of a project: quotations, budgets, variations

Compensation

• Monthly basic salary of S$3,500 to S$7,000 depending on experience and portfolio
• Project-based incentives on top of basic. The structure is explained in full at interview — we do not ask designers to survive on commission alone

What success looks like

• Projects handed over on schedule and within the quoted budget
• Minimal defects and rework at handover inspection

This role is not a fit if you

• Want a pure concept role with no site involvement and no commercial responsibility
• Prefer to hand drawings to someone else rather than detail them yourself
