Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced interior designer to lead projects from concept to completion, delivering innovative concepts and detailed drawings.

You will develop space plans, 3D visualisations, coordinate with clients and contractors, and supervise junior designers while ensuring quality and requirements are met.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of interior design experience, strong skills in 3Ds Max and AutoCAD, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of interior design experience.
• Strong skills in 3Ds Max and AutoCAD.
• Able to handle projects independently from concept to completion.
• Experience in residential / commercial projects is an advantage.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Develop design concepts, space planning, layouts and detailed drawings.
• Prepare 3Ds Max / 3D visualisation, AutoCAD drawings and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Review design drawings and ensure design quality and project requirements are met.
• Guide and supervise junior designers.
• Conduct site visits and follow up on project progress when required.
