Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing, brand or digital marketing with large, high-budget projects.
• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, advertising, economics/finance, or related fields.
• Fluency in Chinese and English for business communication.
• Excellent cross-team communication and coordination.
• Experience leading a team of 3+ and mobilizing resources.
• Experience in integrated marketing at major internet company or fintech/digital assets backgrounds.
• Bonus: familiarity with AI marketing tools and blockchain knowledge.

About the Role

We are representing a leading financial exchange with 16 years of history, focused on global markets (excluding Mainland China and the US). As the senior Integrated Marketing expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for global markets. Leveraging deep industry insight and data analysis, you will lead a cross-functional marketing team and employ innovative marketing methods to drive brand influence, user growth, and business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning:
  • Develop the full-year marketing calendar and product promotion strategy.
  • Participate in the development of the department's annual marketing strategy.
• End-to-End Project Management:
  • Lead complex cross-functional projects from strategy formulation through execution.
• Global Campaigns:
  • Oversee the planning and execution of global campaigns, including major milestone activities such as exchange anniversaries and key industry conferences.
• Integrated Marketing Plans:
  • Develop customized integrated marketing plans that combine paid traffic, influencer/KOL resources, and organic content.
• Data-Driven Marketing:
  • Build a scientific marketing effectiveness evaluation system.
  • Use data analysis to continuously optimize marketing strategy and ROI.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, advertising, media, economics/finance, or related fields preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, or digital marketing, including managing large, complex, high-budget marketing projects.
• Fluency in Chinese and English is required for business communication, copywriting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent cross-team communication and coordination skills.
• Experience managing a team of 3 or more, with demonstrated leadership and the ability to mobilize internal and external resources.
• Preferred experience in integrated marketing at a major internet company or internationally renowned brand, or marketing experience in fintech, digital assets, or cross-border internet products.
• Bonus qualifications include familiarity with AI marketing tools (e.g., generative AI content creation), in-depth knowledge of blockchain technology and digital asset products, successful cross-border marketing cases, and media or KOL/influencer resources.
