Fuku, a leading financial exchange with a 16-year history, seeks a senior Integrated Marketing expert to develop and execute global marketing strategies that boost brand influence, user growth, and business results.

You will lead a cross‑functional marketing team, manage large budgets, and drive campaigns across paid, influencer, and organic channels, including major milestones like conferences and anniversaries, with flexible work in Shenzhen or Singapore.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing, brand or digital marketing with large, high-budget projects.
• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, advertising, economics/finance, or related fields.
• Fluency in Chinese and English for business communication.
• Excellent cross-team communication and coordination.
• Experience leading a team of 3+ and mobilizing resources.
• Experience in integrated marketing at major internet company or fintech/digital assets backgrounds.
• Bonus: familiarity with AI marketing tools and blockchain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop the full-year marketing calendar and product promotion strategy.
• Lead cross-functional projects from strategy to execution.
• Oversee global campaigns including major milestones like anniversaries and industry conferences.
• Develop integrated marketing plans combining paid traffic, influencer/KOL resources, and organic content.
• Build a data-driven marketing effectiveness evaluation system and optimize ROI.
