Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic/Control Systems/Instrumentation Engineering.
• 7+ years' experience in I&C engineering/design for hydrocarbon or offshore oil & gas facilities.
• Experience with Hexagon SPI; admin/super user preferred.
• Knowledge of control system architecture and functionality.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to understand client and project requirements and meet schedule/quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare field instrument specifications, datasheets, and procurement documents.
• Perform technical evaluation of field instruments (valves, analyzers, etc.).
• Prepare instrument list, IO list, and deliverables from Hexagon SPI/AVEVA.
• Prepare control narratives, cause & effect, system block diagrams.
• Review instrumentation in mechanical packages and perform vendor reviews.
• Provide ICSS-related inputs to the ICSS Package Lead.
• Participate in HAZOP, LOPA, KOM, design reviews, testing.
