StarX Capital Markets Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Institutional Sales Trader to lead the sales strategy and build relationships with institutional FX clients in Asia, especially in Singapore.

You will drive revenue growth by targeting banks, asset managers, and other financial institutions, while ensuring compliance with marketing and client interaction rules. The role requires 3+ years in sales or account management within the financial sector, excellent interpersonal skills, and fluency in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in sales or Account Management roles in Financial industry.
• Conversational level of Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese counterparts).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to translate market insights into sales strategies.
• Results-oriented mindset focused on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales strategy and build institutional client relationships, especially in FX trading.
• Understand the regulatory requirements for marketing and client interaction.
• Identify and target resources of trading houses, asset managers, and other institutional clients.
• Monitor performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in Asia.
• Provide regular market intelligence reports, including competitor analysis, pricing insights, and customer feedback.

As the Institutional Sales Trader, the candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the company sales strategy, with a primary focus on the institutional FX service. They will be responsible for establishing and nurturing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth in Hongkong. Key Account Managers would also be considered.

Requirements

1. Strong interpersonal communication and relationship management skills
2. Conversational level of Mandarin is required to liaise with Chinese counterparts
3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
4. Proven experience (3+ years) in sales or Account Management roles in Financial industry.
