Job summary

SingHealth's Group Finance - Central Office invites a Senior/Manager to oversee financial operations for infrastructure development across the SingHealth Cluster in Singapore. You will ensure funding from MOH is secured, tracked, and utilised, delivering sound financial insights to support strategic investments.

You will lead budgeting, month-end closing, and MOH funding submissions, while developing models and analytics to guide long-term planning and cross-functional collaboration with MOH,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in finance with closing processes and audits.
• Experience managing infrastructure or development projects preferred.
• Knowledge of government funding processes including applications, claims, and reporting.
• Healthcare sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end financial management of infrastructure projects, from budgeting to month-end close.
• Track capital and operating expenditures; manage MOH funding claims and utilisation.
• Lead annual workplan and budget cycle for capex and opex; present to senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial models; apply data analytics to inform decisions.
• Provide financial support to clinical and operational partners on costs and performance.
