DXC Technology, a leading enterprise technology partner, seeks a skilled professional to install, configure, and maintain in-house applications and middleware across Linux/Windows environments. You will work with infra and development teams to define hardware needs and resolve technical issues, ensuring robust performance and SLA compliance.

The role requires experience with IIS, MS-SQL, Docker/Kubernetes, and on-premises platforms, with Azure knowledge considered a plus.

Formación

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Working experience in Linux and Windows system.
• Knowledge of Azure is a plus.
• Experience providing enterprise-wide on-premises systems support.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, administer, monitor and maintain enterprise applications (IIS, MS-SQL, Apache HTTPd, Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, Kubernetes, Kafka, IBM MQ).
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to define hardware requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Troubleshoot web, middleware and database environments and identify bottlenecks.
• Maintain documentation and ensure SLA adherence during escalations.
• Apply ITSM processes and tool support.
