Job summary

DXC Technology Singapore is seeking a skilled IT administrator to install, configure, and maintain enterprise-wide applications across Linux/Windows environments. You will manage IIS, MS-SQL, and middleware stacks including WebSphere, Tomcat, Kafka, and IBM-MQ, with experience in Docker and Kubernetes.

The role requires working with development and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable, secure operations.

Qualifications

• Singaporean citizen due to G50 security clearance requirements by the client.
• Experience in Linux and Windows system administration.
• Knowledge of IIS, MS-SQL and related middleware.
• Azure knowledge is a plus and strong on-premises systems support experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, monitor and maintain enterprise-wide applications (IIS, MS-SQL, Apache HTTPd, Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere).
• Interact with software development and infrastructure teams to define hardware requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with network and infrastructure to implement solutions and resolve problems.
• Troubleshoot web, middleware and database environments and identify bottlenecks.
• Maintain/update documentation reflecting system setup and environment.
• Escalate seamlessly to meet or exceed SLA and follow ITSM processes.
