Job summary

TENTEN Partners in Singapore is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Architect to shape enterprise infrastructure across a complex technology environment. You will lead hands-on architecture, provide technical leadership, and influence design decisions with engineering, operations, and security teams.

This senior role may extend to an ED-level and offers opportunities to drive reliability, security, and scalability in a large organisation through governance, design reviews, and production readiness

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in infrastructure architecture within large, complex organisations.
• Broad understanding across network, compute, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into resilient, secure, high‑performance architecture.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence diverse audiences.
• Interest in infrastructure automation and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Define infrastructure architecture principles, standards, and target-state designs that support reliability, performance, and long-term platform stability
• Lead design discussions across key infrastructure domains, ensuring solutions are practical, secure, and aligned with business and technology priorities
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to review technical proposals, validate implementation approaches, and support delivery from design through go-live
• Provide architecture input into incidents, problem trends, and recurring issues, using those learnings to improve the overall infrastructure environment
• Contribute to governance, design review, and continuous improvement activities that strengthen engineering consistency and reduce operational risk
