Keppel Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure, networking, cloud, security, and systems integration initiatives in Singapore.

You will manage scope, cost, risks, and stakeholder expectations while driving delivery across multiple enterprise clients. The ideal candidate has 8–15 years of PM experience, strong governance in Waterfall/Agile/SCRUM, and proven ability to coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and executive-level clients.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE or related technology field.
• PMI PMP, CSM and ITIL Foundation certifications required.
• 8–15 years of PM experience, majority in Infrastructure/Hardware/Networking & Monitoring/Cloud/Security projects.
• Majority PM experience from SI/Consultancy/Tech product vendor environments.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

• Lead large-scale infrastructure, networking, cloud, security, and systems integration projects.

• Manage project scope, cost, risks, quality, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.

• Drive successful delivery across multiple enterprise clients.

We are looking for candidates who has:

Project Management Experience

• 8–15 years of project management experience in SI/vendor environments.
• Strong experience in cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, data center, and security projects.
• Experience managing multi-vendor and multi-project environments.

Project Management Best Practice

• Strong governance using Waterfall, Agile, and SCRUM methodologies.
• Experienced in budget management, project financial reporting, and escalation handling.
• Strong risk, change request, and stakeholder management.

Project Management Pre-Sales Engagement

• Work with Sales and Pre-Sales teams during tender and proposal stages.
• Prepare SOW, project plans, estimations, roadmaps, and governance structure.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate between technical, business teams and executive “C” level clients

• Client Interaction: Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their needs and inquiries

Qualifications:

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / computer engineering or a technology equivalent
• Compulsory: PMI PMP Project Management Professional, CSM Certified Scrum Master / Agile certifications. ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Good to have: PMP Program Management Professional Certifications, MSP Managing Successful Programs
• At least 8-15 years of project management experience with majority of years in Infrastructure/Hardware/Networking & Monitoring/Cloud/Security Systems projects
• Majority of Project Management experience from SI/Consultancy/Technology Product Vendor environments

Must-have Project Management Experience in one or more of these Infrastructure/Cloud areas:

• Cloud ecosystems / IaaS Project Management
• AWS Cloud, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Google Cloud, RedHat, Snowflake, On Premise to Cloud Migration
• On-Premises technology Project Management
