Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to join the Fusion Centre's FIM team in Singapore. The role focuses on incident management, crisis response, and executive communications for cyber security and cyber-fraud incidents, coordinating with cross-functional partners across the bank.

The incumbent will manage incident calls, prepare communications, and contribute to playbooks and reporting while operating within a global on-call rotation and compliance framework.

Qualifications

• University Degree is required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Crisis Management, Cyber Security, Threat/Cyber Intelligence, SOC, CSIRT or incident management is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incident response and risk-mitigation efforts.
• Book and host incident response calls, draft and issue communications.
• Maintain incident confluence site and triage tasks in JIRA.
• Engage stakeholders across business units during incidents.
• Develop and update Fusion Centre communications playbooks and materials.
• Support regular Fusion Centre reporting and stakeholder engagement.
