Job summary

TD Securities, a leading global financial institution, seeks a Senior Information Security Analyst for its Fusion Centre FIM Team in Singapore. You will coordinate incident response, craft communications for executives, and support cross-functional threat management activities.

You will engage with Cyber/SOC teams, Fraud, Legal, Risk and other stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate incident handling and escalation.

Qualifications

• University Degree.
• 5 - 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in incident coordination and preparedness.
• Experience working with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the FIM team’s rotating on-call schedule; you may be called outside normal business hours to respond to an incident.
• Liaise and support assembly of stakeholders during cyber incidents or crisis events and facilitate taskforce meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders throughout the incident management lifecycle.
• Engage with information sharing teams to create non-technical communications for critical stakeholders.
• Assist in managing the incident confluence site, JIRA triaging and workstream assignment.
• Communicate to impacted teams and key stakeholders using audience-appropriate language.
