SIA Engineering Company, Asia's leading MRO provider, is seeking an experienced in-house lawyer to draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts, manage risk, and support governance. The role covers global trade, data privacy, employment, competition and anti-bribery matters.

The ideal candidate has 7–9 years PQE, a Singapore- or internationally-qualified LLB, and the ability to advise across business units.

Qualifikationen

• Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) of 7–9 years.
• Solid experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Experience in global trade (export controls/sanctions), data privacy, employment, competition and anti-bribery/corruption considered an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and operational contracts including NDAs, service, procurement and IP/licensing agreements.
• Identify legal and contractual risks and provide strategic recommendations.
• Advise on litigation matters and coordinate with external law firms.
• Coordinate with internal legal team and external lawyers; assist with insurance matters.
• Support corporate governance and secretarial matters.
• Keep abreast of legal developments and provide proactive business advice.
