Job summary

Loftware’s Implementation Engineer role focuses on technical implementation, system installation/configuration, integration, and RBAC setup. It involves liaising with multiple teams to deliver go-live with best practices and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

Experience in customer-facing application support or professional services.
Strong business analysis and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to translate customer workflows into software solutions.
Willingness to travel (25–50%).

Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements and capture system specifications.
Analyze, design, and implement system changes and integrations.
Install, configure, and maintain high-availability solutions using AWS and/or on-premise.
Coordinate testing, documentation, and go-live activities with the project team.
Document project setup and deliverables in implementation reports.
Collaborate with project management and other departments to manage changes.
