SSMC in Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate Engineer II for Implant Equipment to join the Diffusion I team. You will assist engineers to improve equipment performance, support 12-hour shifts, and ensure equipment readiness for production.

The role requires a Diploma/NTC in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields, 2–5 years of experience (fresh graduates considered), and a team-oriented mindset. You will contribute to PM, calibration, OJT, and continuous improvement projects.

Competenze

• Diploma / ITC / NTC in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics / Chemical Process Technology.
• At least 2 - 5 years working experience in electrical / electronics industry for Associate Engineer Position.
• Fresh diploma holders will also be considered.
• Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift.
• Team Player.

Mansioni

• To assist the Engineers to improve and sustain equipment performance and Cpk indices to meet operations goals.
• Perform 12-hour shift duties to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration on a timely basis.
• Assist Engineers in the installation and hook-up of new equipment.
• Trouble-shoot equipment-related issues and minimize equipment downtime.
• Assist in implementing process improvement projects.
• Assist new Associate Engineers on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their buddy.
• Participate in QIT programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module, and constantly monitor and feedback to Engineers to improve performance of equipment to meet Module objectives.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module.
