Job summary

SSMC seeks a Senior Associate Engineer II in Implant Equipment to join the Diffusion I, Implant Equipment Department. You will support engineers to improve equipment performance, perform 12-hour shift duties, and assist in installing and calibrating new equipment within a fully automated semiconductor fabrication environment.

Diploma holders in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical/Microelectronics/Chemical Process Technology with 2–5 years’ experience are welcome, and fresh graduates

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITC/NTC in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Microelectronics or Chemical Process Technology.
• At least 2–5 years of working experience in electrical/electronics industry for Associate Engineer position.
• Fresh diploma holders will also be considered.
• Able to perform 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Team Player.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers to improve and sustain equipment performance and meet operation goals.
• Perform 12-hour rotating shifts to support production and ensure equipment readiness.
• Carry out scheduled PMs and calibration on time.
• Assist in installation and hookup of new equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
• Support process improvement projects.
• Mentor on-the-job trainees and buddy new associates.
• Participate in QIT programs to improve module productivity and equipment performance.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety in the production area.
