Qualifications

• Doctorate in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Biophysics, Physics, or related field with 6+ years of experience.
• Expertise in advanced optical microscopy (brightfield, confocal, multiphoton, FLIM).
• Strong understanding of microscopy principles, instrument design, and operation.
• Computational data analysis skills with Fiji/ImageJ, MATLAB, Napari, QuPath, IMARIS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Microscopy Cluster and scheduling.
• Provide hands-on user support, workflows, and data analysis, advise on experiments.
• Develop and implement imaging workflows, protocols, and analysis tools.
• Support strategic growth by integrating new technologies.
• Contribute to publications, grant support, and training materials.
• Assist with other duties as delegated by the Principal Investigator.
