You will drive cross-site governance, optimize tool transfers, and coordinate with SIG, procurement, planning and site teams to meet revenue targets.

You will also lead digital transformation initiatives, develop AI agents for workflow management, and assess capacity risks while planning capital investments to expand capacity across sites.

Responsabilités

• Assess SPO capacity limitations and apply mitigation plans.
• Balance supply and capacity across sites.
• Assess demand impacts and redistribute loading.
• Drive capacity modelling governance for planning efficiency.
• Create AI Agent for capacity modelling and planning.
• Manage tooling transfers between sites with coordination.
• Collaborate with SIG, procurement, planning and site teams.
• Review tester delivery schedules for timely implementation.
• Determine tooling deployment strategy for LPDRAM programs.
• Drive tooling modelling standardisation for cost efficiency.
• Create AI Agent to manage workflow for tooling transfer and site balancing.
• Resolve capacity risks with planners, TSE, IE, and test-site collaborators.
• Plan tester investments and secure capacity expansion funding.
• Lead Quarterly Scenario Review (QSR) activities.
• Coordinate projects like the TTR Sandbox Project and FlexCap Analyzer.
