Job summary

HTX in Singapore is seeking an ICT Security & GRC professional to oversee governance, risk, audit and process management for enterprise ICT infrastructure across Home Team Departments.

You will lead security initiatives, manage vendor contracts and service levels, coordinate end‑to‑end device deployment, OS provisioning, and ensure privacy and security baselines across end users. This role requires collaboration with multiple agencies and a strong focus on regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• GRC governance, risk and compliance for ICT infrastructure services.
• Experience in audits, risk assessments and cyber security compliance.
• Knowledge of desktop/server environments and security baselines.
