CLOUDENGINE DIGITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior ICT Project Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of ICT and Data Center infrastructure projects across Singapore and the APAC region. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, strong project management skills, and close collaboration with customers.

The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and risks, and ensure project acceptance. On-site leadership and international travel across APAC are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ICT, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in ICT Infrastructure, Networking, or Data Center projects.
• Proven experience leading project delivery teams and managing customer-facing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ICT and Data Center projects across Singapore and APAC.
• Act as on-site technical and project leader, handling planning, implementation, coordination, and acceptance.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors and client stakeholders to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance management for project teams.

Senior ICT Project Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior ICT Project Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of ICT and Data Center infrastructure projects across Singapore and the APAC region.

The successful candidate will act as the on-site technical and project leader, responsible for project planning, implementation, team coordination, customer communication, and successful project acceptance. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, proven team leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage customer-facing projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Delivery Management

   Lead the delivery of ICT, Data Center, Network, and Infrastructure projects from planning through final acceptance.

   Manage project schedules, resource allocation, risk control, and delivery quality.

   Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with customer requirements.

   Coordinate internal engineering teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customer stakeholders.

2. Technical Leadership

   Provide technical leadership across one or more of the following areas:

   • Data Center Infrastructure
   • Enterprise Networks (Routing & Switching)
   • Network Security Solutions
   • Wireless Networks
   • Server & Storage Systems
   • Cloud and Virtualization Platforms

   Review technical designs and implementation plans.

   Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues during project execution.

3. Team Management

   Lead and supervise local and regional engineers during project implementation.

   Manage daily on-site activities and monitor deployment progress.

   Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance management for project team members.

   Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Customer & Stakeholder Management

   Act as the primary technical contact for customers throughout project delivery.

   Manage customer expectations and provide regular project status updates.

   Support pre-sales discussions and technical consultations when required.

   Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

5. Post-Deployment Support

   Support project handover, documentation, knowledge transfer, and customer acceptance.

   Participate in post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in ICT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in ICT Infrastructure, Networking, or Data Center projects.
• Proven experience leading project delivery teams and managing customer-facing projects.
• Experience in Data Center deployment, migration, commissioning, or infrastructure implementation is highly preferred.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multi-site deployments is an advantage.

• Regional travel: Willingness to travel across Singapore and other APAC locations as required by project delivery needs.
• On-site work: Willingness to work at customer sites and data centers during project implementation.
