Job summary

PUB, Singapore's National Water Agency, invites applications for an Engineer/Executive Engineer/Senior Engineer in Instrumentation, Control & Automation (ICA) at Changi Water Reclamation Plant. You will contribute to treating used water into NEWater and ensure safe discharge, while working with engineers and contractors to maintain critical equipment.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to respond to urgent situations outside normal hours.
Comfortable with working in used water environment and performing site work.
Familiar with field instrumentation in water treatment.

Responsibilities

Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for M&E and auxiliary equipment.
Assist supervisor to devise maintenance plans and budgets, procure spares, monitor inventory.
Respond to equipment abnormalities and implement SOPs as required.
Utilise Asset Management System for procurement, contract management, asset and inventory management.
Support integration of instrumentation data with SCADA, data historians, and analytics platforms.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, efficiency and reliability.
Manage and implement maintenance contracts to ensure contractor work aligns with objectives and budget.
